We were doing a full renovation of our home and Biss was recommended by our contractor. They fully designed and optimized a system that allowed us to have minimal bulkheads with the use of a high velocity hydronic air handler as well as radiant in floor heating throughout the entire basement. This is all heated by a tankless water heater that also handled our domestic hot water. Because the house was fully spray foamed and very tight, an HRV was also installed and all of it fit nicely in a small mechanical room. Weve been in the house for 6 months already and our systems have been working perfectly and provide a very consistent and comfortable heat.
