Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I would give the New Trend Home a 10 of 10 score. This was my first time buying a house, and the New trend home inspector service gave me peace of mind before I move to my new townhouse. Mr Eftekhari was perfectly on time, professional and organized. He first explained what I could expect from a full inspection of the house and what issues or problems cannot be detected by the inspection. He found a couple of electrical issues and detected some problems with the facets and bathtub that I would not notice myself. Most importantly, he carefully examined the furnace and gave me some helpful hints about it. What I really found helpful was a detailed pictorial report in PDF format at the end with professional description of the examinations and issues that should be fixed before the closing date and repairs that should probably be done in the future. The PDF report will be an excellent document that I can refer to when I discuss the maintenance of the house with the condominium management or when I want to review and compare the building status in the future. Another good point is that I will have free-of-charge consultation with him, which is an asset for me who does not have the experience about maintenance of a property.
