Rob and his team member were very helpful and extremely professional from start to finish. On both appointments, they arrived ahead of schedule and assess the problem efficiently and found a solution. They ensured that there were no more rodent activities and also made repairs to the house to prevent future populations from entering. The plug in the bathroom had no power. We saw the reviews on this website and decided to call Harold in to do the repair. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he's doing every step of the way. He did the diagnostic and fix the problem under half an hour. For the cost of the plug, he charged us exactly what he paid for, and gave us his receipt, i.e. he did not jack up the price like some of the tradesmen out there. He was friendly and professional and we're very happy to have found our electrician for all our future electrical repairs! Thank you!
