Ron helped fix our furnace. He persevered for hours to diagnose the problem as all parts seemed to work fine but furnace wasn't generating heat. He not only nailed the problem & fixed it right away, but also patiently waited for an hour to ensure it didn't have any other issues. He went an extra mile and brought additional help when required.
