The panel to turn on the burners for my LG range stopped working after a power interruption. Jessica was excellent, explained the booking process and what to expect during the appointment. Beau and team are very professional and personable. Problem diagnosed, part was ordered and a price provided before they left. So efficient! When they returned the repair was quick and they made some other adjustments they noticed needed attention. Highly recommend DES!
