It was an emergency call when my furnace broke down in the winter. Within less than 24hrs I received a brand new furnace. The customer service was amazing. Everything was explained to me prior to installation. I received a followup call to see how everything was with the furnace and family. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Fair HVAC!!!!
