This is an excellent company. Jack came within an hour of calling to report my issue, explained everything and was done within an hour. He was quick and efficient and the service charge is extremely reasonable. He also let me know that the repair may fail and if it does, he will return immediately and replace a part. And he did, the next day, as soon as I called him. I won't call anyone else from now on,
