I highly recommend Yama for any electrical services. He installed 22 potlights and a plug beside the bathroom for me. From the beginning he communicated clearly and was very responsive when I was still shopping for quotes right through the entire process. His prices were very fair and he explained each component and walked me through what he was going to do. He provided his recommendations on potlight placements and switches, while remaining very flexible to my personal preferences. He also explained the risks in certain areas below washrooms and went with the safer approach. All in all, very friendly, prices were what he said they would be with no surprises, and reliable.
