I hadn’t backed up my Phone in three years which was not a good idea. Sure enough my phone died and Apple quoted me over $900 to get my pictures back. Eli was soooo accommodating and very fair price wise. He was honest and was able to recover my data and set up my new one. His service was invaluable and I would recommend him 1000000%
