Disappointed

We contacted this contractor based on a referral from our general contractor. They installed a 4 stage RO residential water filter system in our home. We expressed concern about the flow rate from our tap and asked for a solution. Instead we received an invoice, no advise on a solution. During installation nothing was said about a booster pump, particularly when the system is installed in a crawl space. We contacted the manufacture’s technical support group and we’re very nicely told that when their system is installed in a crawl space a booster pump would be required. This company is not professional, not skilled in this field and therefore cannot be recommended by us.
