Condo board recently hired these guys to fix a bunch of roofing as they had big flooding issues in the homes. We own the property and do not trent from this condo board. Contractor that was sent to my house was nice enough but must not have a broom or vacuum on his truck as he left the entire mess on my floor for myself to clean up. I'm a tradesman myself and i can't stand lazy work. Not even a mention to borrow a broom. Just left the house for me to find the mess eventually when I went upstairs. Highly unprofessional. I do not trust the work done in the attic now and will be inspecting it myself as he is clearly lazy and likely didn't do a good job.
