I had a bad experience with Clifshore excavating company this winter. I had contracted with them for snow removal services for the past two years, but this year they did a poor job. Even though it barely snowed during the season, they only partially cleared the parking lot and blocked several cars with a pile of snow, making it impossible for them to get out of the parking lot. When I complained and asked them to come back and clean the parking lot properly, the owner, Barry, called me and used offensive language. He was very unprofessional and seemed to take issue with my complaint. Despite only contacting them twice during the entire winter season, they sent me an immediate cancellation of the contract without giving me any preparation time in the middle of the season. I was very disappointed with the poor quality of work and unprofessional behavior of Clifshore excavating. I cannot recommend doing any business with this company. In the future, I suggest that they improve their communication, provide better quality of work, and adopt more customer-friendly policies.
