I have a commercial building with 7 rooftop units.- one which was not working. I spoke to Mark at Gaynor Mechanical and assured me he would have someone come service the unit the next day even though the temperatures were frigid. Matt from Gaynor came by and provided a clear explanation of the issue, fixed the unit and replaced belts and filters for all other units which needed some maintenance as well. Price was very reasonable and you just know you are in good hands when working with this team. Without a doubt, I would call them for any HVAC issues I have in the future.
