Quote was made for a vehicle 3 months ago, young lady provided quote at that point, booked appointment for December, couldn’t fulfill due to uncontrollable circumstances, young lady from the repair shop called a month after appointment asking if I was still wanting the service I informed I couldn’t due to insurance requirements, seemed ok with explanation, but seconds later I was called back with the an ignorant, child like individual instructing me I had to pay for ordered parts even though I had no service performed, keep in mind she made it appear I owed thousands , when in fact it was only 26 worth of materials. Very poor communication skills. The clincher is as well, if the material was only $26 what was the other $1400 for. Damage was 2 small scratches on the back quarters. Stay away. I’m sure I more than paid the amount sought from years of myself and family going there. One bad apple can spoil a good good repore.
