Brent was a pro from the moment he arrived at the premises well before before me to the moment we wrapped up with a summary of findings and next steps. He's very practical and down to earth, pointing out things that could be fixed with a simple visit to the hardware store (vs a costly professional), while also identifying risks that could become issues down the road (down to identifying key parts within the furnace) Brent spent over two hours with me, combing the property inside & out, pointing out things that even my seasoned real estate agent might have missed. He took the time to even remove receptacle plates to inspect wiring behind the walls. As an aside, my agent also expressed his positive impressions to me when comparing Brent's work against prior experiences. I would use Brent's company again in a heartbeat, and will continue to recommend him to my friends and business colleagues.
