Technician Jay was pleasant and efficient and seemed to know his stuff. I blame myself for not asking for a quote beforehand; the price was much more than I expected, and I wonder if it was really necessary to replace all 12 rollers. The $18 lube charge too seemed like a cash grab - when I questioned it, he said it was their special proprietary formula (!). Seemed inflated, to me. Strongly suggest you ask for other quotes before/if engaging this company and get them to give you an estimate, which is what I wish I had done.
