These guys did a GREAT job. We had a small fire in our attic because of some old wiring (and probably mice chewing the wires), and though the fire damage wasn't pervasive, the water and smoke damage was! They brought in the ozone machine and went through everything in our house to clean out the smoke stench. They worked with us to get our walls repainted, new carpet installed and took great care to preserve things I thought we had lost to the damage! The cleanup did take some time, almost two and a half months, but I believe that to be more of the fault of the insurance company, not Purofirst. They did a wonderful job!

Living on a channel, we have a very high water table, and our septic tank fills up a little faster than we'd like. We call Shepler's, and they're at the house within 24 hours ready to get us back in ... er... business! :D They are very respectful of your property as well. We have a very soft lawn (quite peaty) and where other companies will drive right into our yard and leave horrible ruts from the heavy truck, they're careful to back in and use their equipment to get to the septic and not damage the lawn.

Until we installed the Kinetico softener from Rabb. They came out and did a check on our water makeup, and set us up with the perfect softener! We have TONS of iron and sulfur in our well water, giving it a horrible smell and taste, but the softener they installed makes it clean and clear, even after 10 years. They did a great job setting us up with the right product!

Randy and his employees are not only hardworking and respectful, they know what they're doing. With an upkeep schedule, they keep their customers' yards looking great! They don't just mow and plant, they make sure to weed and take care of the ongoing maintenance. Their landscape design services are top notch, too!

We went in with an idea for an unconventional renovation, and not only did they 'get' what we were trying to do, but they added to it. They found the most economical way for us to proceed, and we finished the job with the right parts and knowing how to use them!
