Derick did a terrific job of assessing our chimney for raccoon damage (none)' adding a protective cover and then ridding our back attic of squirrels, and secured both the hole near the fascia and secured our fan vent against future home invasions. He also nicely managed our kind of crazy neighbour. Derick was able to come by the day we called and showed up on time as promised. He has also advised he can stop by in a weeks time once we are sure all of the squirrels are gone to replace the one way door with something more permanent. My husband was really impressed and I would recommend Derick and Swat Wildlife whenever asked.

I was so disappointed with the service. My newly installed marble countertop was damaged on installation but the company insisted that I must have done this. The fact that there were no appliances, water hookup or anybody using the kitchen and that we phoned the next morning to report the damage after installation was completed at 5 pm seemed to matter not. Nobody has any idea what caused the damage (it looks like a badly cleaned piece under the finish) and then they suggested they would repair it for an additional $500. To add insult to injury they also charged me extra using my visa card from the original purchase to assess the damage. Avoid these folks if you can- I wish there were more ways to warn other consumers.
