Jerad in Brazil

One cold November, our oil furnace had some damage that required expensive repairs. Rather than repair the furnace, we wanted to replace it with a propane furnace because they are cleaner. We were without a furnace, and when we called one local company, they stated it would be 2 days before someone could come and do an estimate and 2 or 3 weeks before actual work could begin. We were cold, and our little space heater wasn't warm enough. I called Hoosier Heating and Cooling and explained the situation, and they had a guy here in less than an hour and a half. The furnace was ordered and installed less than 3 days later. I've called them each year for service calls, and the technician has been fast, friendly, and he knew what he was doing.

When buying our first house, we needed to have the home inspected for termites and pest damage. We called Ecology and they were out within a few hours. Talk about fast response! The inspector was very knowledgeable and explained that there was no active termites, but there were a couple of places where there had been activity. Writing this review reminds me that I need to call them again to do another inspectin.

When shopping around to find someone to build our fence, we were mostly concerned with cost. We settled on Double Bee because we were able to get a more decorative fence for the same cost as a standard fence from the other guys. The workers showed up on the days they said they would. One day, they came in, dug the holes and set the posts. A couple days later they came back and put up the fencing and were done! The fence is beautiful! We have one problem with a gate that is difficult to close. We called them about it, and they are sending someone over this week to fix it, despite being nearly two years since they put the fence in. The ground is very soft where the post is due to sewer line work done before the fence was put it, and I think it has caused the ground to settle a bit. Excellent job, Double Bee
