Ingenuity Contracting did an amazing job on converting our loft area into a fourth bedroom for our new baby. Johncarlo was very meticulous, professional, punctual, clean and genuine. Johncarlo is an excellent communicator, answered all questions, and was easy to get a hold of. He exceed our expectations and we would not hesitate to use him again. We highly recommend Johncarlo!
