Bought about 15 to 20 windows from them. Mainly rectangles and 3 half-circle windows. Did a good job on the rectangle windows, but really upset that they did not wrap the half-circle windows. Manager says they do not do that because rain could get in and damage the window. What I find surprising is their competitor will do the wrapping on the half-circle windows and guarantee the work. I wish they told me this upfront because I would have gone with the competitor instead. Overall good windows, happy withe style and function of the windows.

Really horrible service. Driver scammed me into signing before they unload. I told him their were damages done after they unloaded. He said take pictures and send it in insurance with the forms that I signed. So I did just that. Later I find out that what I signed was a statement saying nothing was damaged when I got it so I could not claim for any of the items. On top of that, when I called their manager to complain, she avoided me. So I reported them to BBB, then she calls me back one day out of the blue and threatens to sue for "defamation".

Plumber came and inspected the work to be done. Charged us 55$ thru First American Homebuyers program. Found out that the problem is soemething they cannot cover under the warranty. What sucks is I lose 55$ for simply having this guy come over and visually check something. Anyways, the guy said if it was done outside warranty would cost over 200$. I said forget it and just hired a friend.

Hire this company as my home inspector back in 2006. Guy came and pretty much rushed his job. Missed a lot of things that we noticed after we moved into the house. He did inform us about the obvious things, but really not happy with overall work. I called them afterwards, and manager offered to return full payment, but I did not bother. Too much headache and suffering already. By the way, I cant remember the exact amount, I think its about 350.

We had some problems with indoor pesky little bugs. United Pest Control did probably about 4 or 5 treatments before noticing the bugs dissappear. Overall, pretty good experience. They had some deal where you pay a high amount for first service then consequent service is cheaper.
