About 5 years ago, my family and I were looking for new living room furniture, we only had 2 recliner chairs with a family of 4 and many people coming over all the time and no place to sit. We visited many places nearby for a full Living Room set with a couch, love seat, lamps, side tables, and a coffee table. When we went there they had a beautiful living room set that matched the color of our walls, and was very comfortable with a couch that had 2 reclining seats and a built in massager and a fold down cup holder table which had the controls for the massager seats. We also got a matching love seat that rocks back and forth and reclines back. And all wood side and coffee tables with matching lamps that makes the living room more home like. It was a great price for a whole living room set and local too.

In 2004, Hurricane Charley destroyed some of our phone lines throughout the house, I called up Associated Electric to see if they could fix it. They came by and fixed up all of them, and they even put one in the spare bedroom where we kept our dial up computer so we didn't have cables running on the floor through out the house. A very quick service, everything is still working fine after nearly 4 years.

In 2004, our roof got destroyed by Hurricane Charley, it tore off almost every shingle during the few hours that it was over Lake Wales. When we got electricity back 8 days later, we called up All American Roofing to get a brand new roof put on our house. They were flooded with calls after the hurricanes, but they finally got to our house and took 3-5 days to finish, a brand new roof was over our heads. Very professionally done, I can understand a delay during that time. Other than that very great job.

A few years ago I called this place up to tile my kitchen, entrance, and 2 bathrooms. They came 2-3 days later and worked on it for about 2 weeks and did a pristine job on it, I still have that tiling in today and I haven't had any chipped tile pieces, they use the good tiling, nothing cheap.

I walked into this place looking for stuff to fix some small holes in the walls in the living room, and get a new set of door keys. They had exactly what I was looking for, only took 5 minutes to get in and get out with the things I needed. Their customer service is excellent, always asking you if you need help looking for a product.

I've have lived in LW for all my life and have called Precision TV for everything and they deliver every time. It's a very great local store, everyone should know where in DownTown Lake Wales this place is located. Give them a call and they are always there to help. Their customer service is pristine and very professional.
