I went in to purchase some tools and supplies for my home renevation projects and the associates seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I had several questions and they really helped me out.

I bought a repaired tv and bought the extened warrenty with it, however the tv was malfunctioning and we were supposed to have to wait on a service tech to come to our house to fix it and they said it would take atleast 30 days to get someone. Then we talked to the manager and he gave us a brand new tv.
