The company was great with us since we had no heat. They came to our place the same day. They explained to us what the cause was and what needed to be done. We only needed a cleaning. We had heat by the end of the day. They mentioned to us about their maintenance plans so we saved money once we purchased their plan. We would recommended them to anyone.
