The original owner, Mr Burns, has passed. His son or sons now run this company. They really know about their products. They are willing to explain things to you. They also have parts, new and used, at very good prices. They are very friendly and seems to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to install their own furnance.

This company sells a good product, the Oreck Vacuum, and has great service. I had a problem with a belt breaking and they repaired it quickly. I don't think they charged me to install it. I only had to pay for the part. They really know about the vacuums and are willy to spend time with you.

When they were done they was some cracks in the cement they put in. But I have not called them out to fix it because it is not that bad. They did return to repair a leak I had coming through a crack in the foundation. They came out within 3 days after being notified of the problem.

This company came out when they said they would for their free estimate. They described how they would install the gutters. Once I agreed to hire them they arrived on time. They did they job quickly and cleanly.

This is a review of work done about 2 years ago so things may have changed. The workers for this company seem to be in a rush to get things done. But this only delays the process because things need to be redone. The guy who did the painting was terrible. He did not put on enough coats of paint to cover the drywall compound. The owner was difficult to contact once he had a contract signed. I would not hire them again.
