We hired Victor to prepare our carriage house for a concrete slab. Pross Construction provided a firm quote on the job. 3 days after the job has started, they came back and stated that their quote didn't include everything to do the job correctly and needed extra payment. After I told them they needed to do the job they committed to, they begun asking for extra progress payments, and upon not receiving those, abandoned the job. Upon hiring another company to fix their work, it turned out the work that was done in the 3 days was of very poor quality of no value at all. Furthermore, even prior to starting the job, the company was late by 10 days to start the job and had hard time lining up subtrades and ordering materials they had committed to order. Highly recommend to stay aware from them.
