They finally showed up 4 hours late after 2 previous no show appointments and were finished in 10 mins. They never came inside to clean the chimney and then said it was an extra $40 for my service area that i was never told about. The office said that it was on file that they told me and the guy won't leave without the money. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
