3 months ago Ajay did two back-to-back renovations in our home in 2022. He completed a new living space for our 24 year old son in the basement which involved gutting the entire basement, knocking down some existing walls and putting up new ones,... He and his team installed new flooring, created a bedroom with ensuite bathroom (where there was no bathroom previously in our basement) and installed a wet bar with waterfall stone countertops and a built-in mini fridge in the living area portion of the basement. Throughout the process, Ajay was knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator by listening to our wishes for the project, giving much needed advice, and staying on budget. He was able to handle any unexpected surprises (such as the rotted subfloor) calmly and effectively. The end result was a beautiful, functional new space which added value to our home. We were so thrilled with the result that we immediately hired him to redo our main bathroom which dated back to the 1970's and was in terrible shape. Being a few weeks before Christmas, we asked if he could finish the job before the holiday. Despite finding mould in the ceiling and having to ensure that it was handled appropriately, including replacing the insulation in the attic, Ajay completed the bathroom in time for us to have our home construction-free by Christmas. Ajay is a trustworthy contractor who cares about his customers and about the quality of the work he does for them. I highly recommend him for any renovation job no matter how big or small.
