I had to contact Doke's to replace my leaky hot water heater. It was done within 24 hours, and the cost...was less than I was quoted! Can't beat that. Doke is a family owned and operated business. Father and son both nice guys to do business with. I would highly recommend!
I purchase my home heating oil through Local Pride. Local Pride is owned and operated by local guys. They are competively priced, but their customer service is the best around! They are always willing to answer any questions you may have, and with the home heating oil crisis the way it is, they still manage to maintain a sense of humor, and make me feel that I am a valued customer.
They did extensive home remodel, some of which was contracted out. Windows, walls, floors, siding, entrance way, staircase, bathroom, etc. I'm very happy with some of the work. The staircase is my favorite. Have had problems with a piece of siding that has fallen off and entrance way door was not properly installed, water got in and floor is rotting away.
Lyons did ok job with snow plowing. It was harder for him, as he took the job on mid winter (and what a winter we had). Price was very reasonable, although I think the plowing could have been a bit better.
I purchased 3 major appliances from Home Depot. They were delivered and installed. Delivery personnel was great. I have had good luck with appliances so far (it's been less than a year).
Paul Davis was hired for clean up of water damage. Entire staff was exceptional. Wouldn't go anywhere else if I were in need of this type of service again. They were prompt, courteous, and went out of their way to make things right for me.
They removed 4 hugh gross ugly pine trees from my yard. They were fast and very efficient. Trees were close to home and power lines, but they took them down with no problems.
