We moved last week from north Vancouver to West Vancuver, which is a 10 minute drive. It took them 6 hours from start to finish for a 1 bedroom apartment. They were unprepared, disorganized and at times lazy. I would never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. I was quoted for 2 movers, but when they showed up they immediately called the third guy, saying it was too much stuff for just two people. Very disappointed in their service.

I am extremely upset to hear this as I always want to make sure that a customer is happy that they chose us for their move. Please contact me directly as I would like to go over this with you and give you a partial refund if it is warranted. Sometimes things do happen with there being no wrap or tape from someone forgetting to restock the truck but there is no excuse for laziness and you will receive a refund if this was the case. I have just returned from a long distance move so call me please to go over this matter ! I the owner (William) would like to make this right !
