Once we were able to connect with his schedule (his performance evidently ensures that he is busy) we had a very positive experience with him. The job he did for us was quite an easy one, but he took the time afterwards to explain to us what we might have to do in the future to avoid some more serious problems (without applying any pressure to do those things or to contact him; he simply gave us his card). The price we ended up paying was less than half of what another company quoted us. Good price, helpful advice.
