We have been having problems with our hot water for approximately two weeks before we were able to have a plumber come out and fix it. As it wasn’t a constant problem at that point and we were also away on vacation for some of the time. Since it involved our hot water tank we called the rental company first and they sent a technician out who determined what part needed to be replaced as well as advising us that they weren’t licensed to fix our problem. I then turned to colleagues asking if anyone can recommend a plumbing company and they highly recommended this one. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful in trying to get my problem solved in a timely matter. And even though the original appointment had to be changed they made every effort to help me out. Saying if I couldn’t wait to have the repair done because at this point our hot water was nonexistent. Before we would have 5 minutes of lukewarm water and then straight cold with the hot water tap cranked all the way over. They said they would be more than happy to recommend some other companies to see if I can’t get the problem resolved that day instead of waiting until the following day for their technician to come out. I was so moved with how above and beyond they went to make sure my problem was fixed that I decided what’s one more day. I am extremely happy that I did, the technician was amazing and provided a secondary solution if that was the route we wanted to go. It was nice to be given another choice and at the end of the day they’re all about the customer which is incredible. Thank you so much for everything I am more than happy to use your services again if they’re so needed as well as recommend you to someone else who is in need of a good company to deal with.
