The staff from Alda windows and doors were professional and polite. They were considerate enough to put the new door in a timely manner because it was cold. I had a positive experience from the sales person to the installation. They arrived on time and installed my smart lock for me without extra charge. They cleaned up after themselves and I am grateful for that. I have in fact already given their contact to a friend and I plan to utilize the service of Alda windows and doors again. The sales person Leo has been helpful throughput the sale, answering my many questions and always called me back when call is missed. Leo came by to check the door and to also make sure that I was happy with the installation. Thank you Leo. You are a great asset to the company. I had a satisfactory experience with Leo and Vlad.
