Mitch from Stratford

I bought a house in the summer and turned it into a duplex. Hap comes off as your best buddy but shouldnt be trusted as he is very pushy to make money and get the most out of u. He worked here for 4 days and roughed in and hooked up 3 sinks, a vent stack, a washing machine, and a shower and toilet, He just kinda said that this was all worth 8500 bucks, My bill was not broken down . I have a hard time believeing this was worth this much, when i supplied all fixtures and he gave me a used toilet. At the end after I paid him, I harrased him for 2 weeks about my vent stack still having a cap on it. i eventually borrowed a 25 foot extension later to climb up on pretty steep grade roof to uncap it myself. Not impressed
