This was the second time I gave Doctor Appliance a call and they had a lovely technician named Serge that came out to fix my dishwasher within two days of my call. He was right on time and wore all the appropriate gear for COVID protection. He was very very helpful and was upfront about costs and that if it was a suspected major issue, I was likely better off getting a new one since mine is quite a bit older. Luckily it turned out that there was just a clog. It only took him about 15 minutes for it to be back in shape and he only charged me for the labour, not the diagnostics. I would happily give them a call again :)
