I bought this house a year ago and got the Furnace & AC inspected same time so the technician who came last year suggested me that they are in good condition. So just want to make sure if they are still good as I am a user of homestars so i searched and found good reviews for Cosmopolitan heating and cooling on homestars and decided to call them. This company send over a technician. he was very honest rather than selling the new units like other companies he suggested me to keep it for next 4 years because due to the conditions of the units he told me it must be 6-7 years old.
