My tankless water heater was not providing the hot water, so I called Metropolitan HVAC. The guy over the phone was very knowledgable. He asked me some question and in the end he told me that there is only service issue which can be done by flushing it. He sent a very good technician. He flush the water heater and yes it was working perfectly. I forgot the name of the person over the phone but thanks to him
