5 service calls and over $500 spent to continue to have a broken ice maker. The machine would work for 24 hours and then shut down. Each time requiring a new part that would cost me more money. At one point I was quoted a part that "would not be over $90" and was then given a fee of $150 after work was completed which I refused to pay. Go ahead and use them if you feel like being swindled out of hundreds of dollars. Sincerely Jordan Fretz - the customer you promised to call back and never did.
