I went to purchase an every day item, a piece of rubber that is called a plate slide (that is what the lady called it) for your stove. I had the package it came in (from that store) and she still could not find it on the computer! I had to go back 2 times to get someone that knew what they were doing. I would not recommend them.

I had an alright experience at Talsma Furniture. I purchased a dining room set for our dining room and that was it. They weren't exceptional with customer service or with the quality or furniture but they met my standards.

Art Van Furniture is the worst place you could ever go to buy any piece of furniture! The sales associates drive me crazy constantly following me around and bothering me! I ordered a sofa from them and was promised next day delivery...I got next day delivery...but the wrong furniture.

Klingmans Furniture has the best customer service I have ever seen or used in any sort of business! They make you the number one priority and their business second. My husband is a very picky man and when he found a small scratch on the bottom of our new leather couch they fixed it no problem.

This guy (Jim Smith) was quick, very friendly, and reasonably priced. He knew exactly what to do and what the problem was. There was no wait with him either. He came quickly and responded to the problem and got out.
