Roger tried to troubleshoot the problem on the phone first at no cost. Still having problems, he came out on a Saturday night on very short notice to assess and miraculously fixed the problem. He was friendly yet professional, honest, knowledgeable, and I would absolutely call him again and refer him to anyone with a problem with their HVAC. Thank you Roger!
