I had a problem with my washer, I found about Austin Appliance Repair on the web. Their customer service representative answered the phone and, after doing some quick problem solving to figure out how big a job it would be, told me someone would be at my house the same day! My was fixed The Austin Appliance Repairman charged per job, not per hour, and he had me approve the quote before he started working. The cost seemed reasonable and I am happy with the results.

They have a huge selection of native plants and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If I am not sure what I want, they alway help me figure out what is appropriate for my space. Not much selection for indoor plants though but they do have a good selection of trees, ranging from cape myrtle to palm trees.

I bought a table and chairs set from ashely furniture and two of the chairs didn't come with the proper legs. I call them they say it will take few weeks. Had to wait for a long time to get replacement and pay delivery charges too. They have a bad customer service high delivery charge, takes a while to get your furniture

*They have a very good customer service. *Always great deals on seasonal items. *Quick checkouts. I got the Smoothie maker with rebate from them. Also got some Pillows set at a very low price. They have great deals online too. We buy their gift cards too for christmas.

We have gotten a lot of stuff from this store like pillows, comferter set and mats. I love the specials they run during christmas! I have recommended them to lot of my friends.

Just had a baby so we needed some baby furniture. We got a baby crib and mattress from them. They have a wide variety of baby furniture but some of it is too expensive. It is good if you have coupons. THey do send you coupons and special offers through email and mail once you signup. Love their email specials!

We had a cabinet door broken and few had chipped so we needed to replace the doors and also needed to get some child safety on them. They provided great choice. Late to answer phone.

We had hired them for carpet cleaning and steaming. They gave us a good deal and good service. Customer Service is better too. I have recommended them to my friends living in Cedar park.
