We would not recommend this company to anyone. Bathroom started 3 months ago. Not finished. Worse experience we ever had with any contractor. We do not want this company to finish it. We told them not to return, and we will have to get someone else. They had no clue what they are doing. Very disappointing. This job was a nightmare from the start. We're left with a completely unfinished bathroom. Not a good experience.

We started this project just before the lockdown kicked in. Boy did this make it tough to keep materials coming into this tiny washroom.
To try speeding things up I hired a contractor to help but it was too small for us both to work in. At no charge to him.
Then came clients requests and changes....after we had installed materials....
Boy can you believe to accommodate him I had to redo the tiling and drainage? Usually you put the floor and toilet in at the end.
Many many other adjustments came as well. Hard to focus when the client is constantly up your back.
Anyways....due to many issues....even the wrong materials ordered up.....I finally capped off the charges....
No more labour charges....just materials....for a month!
Just the other day I helped Jim return 2 showers doors that were wrong. Sat inside his home for months....gave him back his cash.
After trying to negotiate the continuation of his job. He expressed no interedr no remorse in the fact I stood by the job and never screwed him over anything.
No labour charges for a month! Who does that?
Sadly he chose to leave this ugly review instead of working things out with me.
There are terrible clients out there my fellow contractors!
PS all that was left to do was trim baseboards...painting of pocket door 😉
