We got the perfect lot with a view in Crescent Heights awhile Sunset as building a few blocks away from us. We met with the team and we got hooked. They had some cool ideas about the design and functionality of our new home. It was refreshing dealing with Pedro during the initial design meeting and every walk-through, his ideas were really helpful. My wife and I are really happy with the final product.
