With the help of John, I avoided buying a leaky condo several months ago. Then I tried to find one less risky. I selected a condo in which the building was repaired earlier this year and had ten years warranty on siding. I thought it would be fine this time. But after inspection, John found that cast iron drain pipes in the building would need to be replaced. I am very satisfied with his work.

Strata minutes and engineering reports do not disclose some critical deficiencies sometimes. Two condos you wanted to buy tell this story exactly. For a home inspector, inspecting a condo is riskier than inspecting a house, because most areas are not accessable in a multi-family residential building. I am happy that I could help out.
