They came out in the middle of a heat wave when my air died. They replaced the freon thinking that was wrong with my unit. When that didn't work they came back out and replaced the unit the next day it take a couple of hours and my house was back cool as a cucumber! The workers were nice, good about cleaning up their mess, and speedy about doing their job.
