I asked classic cleaners to dry clean my wool duvet. They washed it instead. It shrunk and puckered. They suggested I put a cover on it and that it was still usable. It looked terrible and I would never use it in my guest room. They tried to re stretch it but failed. They said they only offer replacement if I have the receipt. I produced the receipt for $275. Then they refused to reimburse me for the duvet they wrecked and suggested I go back to where I purchased the duvet as they claim they followed the care instructions. This company does not stand by the service they offer. I strongly recommend never using this companies cleaning service as they don't stand behind their service. They don't even deserve one star.
