My little story would help better to understand Don and his partner's service. I spent two and half grand on a gold plated bay window fireplace some 15 or so years ago that was installed in my basement. It worked beautifully, made the area toasty warm pretty quick and I loved it. Suddenly one night it was raining very heavy and water went inside my basement through the window and damaged my fireplace. Its pilot wouldn't light. I called several places for repair. Some declined to show up because manufacturer of that fireplace no longer exists, others came, had a look and advised me to take that to recycle place. With desperation I kept searching and I found Don ! He showed up with his buddy/partner, checked my fireplace, gave me an estimate. I was so happy, I wanted to pay him couple of hundred dollars more ! They hauled away my fireplace to their shop, repaired. painted, refurbished like new! I am enjoying my fireplace again during winter months ! I always call Don whenever I needed gas related help. Last time, few month ago, he installed a new gas water heater for me. He is a down to earth person, very friendly, most honest and highly efficient !
