We snapped the belt on our old vacuum. They were very helpful in finding the right one for us, which was a bit difficult because of the age of the vacuum. They replaced it just fine, our only small complaint was that they were not very upfront with how much it was going to cost and did not tell us there would be a charge for putting it on (which was very simple and something we could have done ourselves).

Our roof was leaking, they came out promptly and gave us a free estimate. They must have been very busy because it took them a while to start the job and more than a week to finish it, but the job was very well done. They also were very careful to collect all the trash and haul it away when they were done.

D & W Oil had the only service person around who knew what to do with our very old furnace. They repaired it many times beyond its reasonable lifespan and are very knowledgeable. Friendly, prompt and accomodating, only downside was steeply increasing costs.

Randazzo did a good job considering how old our house is. They encountered a few problems that were strictly house-related that made the job last what seemed forever, but they stuck with it and we consider it solid workmanship and are pleased with our new furnace.

Tamer's Plumbing is new and somewhat small still, but we decided to give them a chance. They showed up promptly and knew what they were doing. Our job took a while because our plumbing is so old, but they seemed determined to do it right. We're very happy with their job! (they are located on Tireman Ave. and are still a little hard to find, not online, etc.)
