They were hired through another contractor to install rails on my deck. They came in and did a consult with me the customer on what I was looking for. The ask for privacy screen was pretty self-explanatory. Due to poor wording on the quote, the wrong privacy screens were installed. In the end, I, the customer, had to pay for this miscommunication for the replacement. I should not have had to do that. Poor quote writing and basic customer follow ups were missed. Would not recommend for customer service.
