They not only were able to help us do up our plans but they had everything we needed in stock and ready for us to bring home an install. Nothing was complicated, they gave us detailed instructions and lots of personal advice that helped us put in a great pond to sit by and enjoy in the evenings. Because we saved money and they were so helpful we also bought the equipment needed to do a small portable pond on our back porch. I get so many compliments about this.

During recent renovations to several large tanks in our home, we needed to order special parts for several of our tanks. The employee we dealt with at Pet Smart was exceptional in his knowledge and help. Our parts were special ordered, which not many people realize this store will do for you. The only hang up in not giving them five stars was the delay in shipping and inability to be able to speak to the employee who directly helped us till he came back from vacation.He ordered directly from the manufacture and gave us a discounted price on the frames and other accessories we ordered.
